Who we are

This website is run by Tinyforge Studio, a small independent studio in the Netherlands. Contact: [email protected].

What data we handle

• Messages you send us. Your email address, your message and any order details you include.
• Basic server logs. Our hosting and network provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of visit to deliver and protect the site.

Why, and on what legal basis

• To answer your questions and help with your orders (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
• To keep the site secure and working (our legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

Purchases on Etsy

Our products are sold through Etsy. Etsy processes your purchase and payment under its own privacy policy. We receive only the order details Etsy shares with sellers.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages only as long as we need them to help you, and longer only where the law requires us to keep records.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. It loads no third-party scripts or fonts.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction of or deletion of your data, and you can object to how we use it. Email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
